The old open-air cinema of Fira was transformed in 2019 into our quiet Cycladic courtyard, filled with oak wine tanks, Afouras (the large Santorinian barrels for wine maturation – as they called them in the island’s dialect) in the cellar and large spaces wine tasting.
The Anhydrous Cellar Door is located on the southern part of Fira just a 10-minute walk from the center of Fira.
Αt the Cellar Door one has the opportunity to taste wines from both our Wineries. Anhydrous Winery in Santorini (2012) and Avantis Estate in Evia (1994).

Εξαιρετική ποιότητα κρασιών και φαγητού. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ σωστά ενημερωμένο για κάθε τύπο κρασιού, γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ όμορφος και με καλή ενέργεια, χώρος! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό ιδιαίτερα το chateaubriand μην παραλείψετε να το δοκιμάσετε! Το λευκό κρασί Αφουρα που δοκιμάσαμε ήταν απίστευτο σε ποικιλία ασύρτικο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, χαμογελαστό και εξυπηρετικότατο! Αξίζει να το επισκεφτεί κανείς.
